He was down in Myrtle Beach when I found out. It was a Friday morning and I was waiting for him to come home that night. I wanted to tell him in person so I waited anxiously all day!!!
I didn't really have anything planned so right before he got home I went and made a sign for him:
Because me and the girls always refer to him as daddy, at first he thought I was just being cute....only a guy.....
After I said, "So, how did you like my sign?!" and I sat there looking at him for awhile did he finally get it! Then he was really excited and just a touch emotional.
